The zoomIT Online Store warrants to the original end user customer of its products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. We offer a 90-day limited warranty on all products sold. This limited warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to a product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product that has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.
This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement, as provided above. The zoomIT Online Store is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing zoomIT Online Store products. This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment or stored data.
Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein, the zoomIT Online Store will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis, and will be either new or recertified. All recertified products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The zoomIT Online Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of its products. In the event of a claim, our sole obligation shall be repair, replacement, or refund of the product.

If at that point you still require a replacement, our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement. Typically, you must include product information, and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period.
All returns must be shipped to zoomIT Online Store freight-prepaid. We will at our discretion either repair or replace the unit and ship it back to you. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be assigned when contacting our Support team. Products shipped to zoomIT Online Store must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. You must include the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. The returned product will become the property of zoomIT Online Store. Repaired or replacement product will continue to be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty.
We offer a 30-day refund for products purchased from our online store only at http://www.zoomitonline.com. The refund applies only to products that are unused and in their original packaging. Products that are purchased from any other retail outlet store other than zoomIT Online Store are subject to the return policy of that outlet and are not refundable by us. A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds for products purchased from our online store. Please contact our Support team at email@example.com to initiate the process. All returns must be shipped to the zoomIT Online Store freight-prepaid and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be assigned when contacting our Support team.
